Service Policies

Appointments:
We strongly advise you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation for your treatment.

Late Arrivals:
Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of your service. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you call us to inform of that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time. Please understand that you may not be able to fully receive the service of your scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy for Treatments:
All treatments, procedures, gift cards and or prepaid packages are non-refundable. All purchased treatments, procedures, gift cards and or packages must be used within one year from the date of purchase. In cases of extenuating circumstances, credit of equal value for other services may be available. There are no cash/credit back refunds.
